The apartments are situated on the most luxurious street in Prague, just on the edge of the well-known Parizska street and the famous Old Town Square in the middle of Prague’s most important historical monuments. The Old Town Square is less than 10 meters from the entrance.
Our apartments are newly refurbished and we preserved their historical origin. We’d like to bring you the story of this building, built by famous architect Jan Koula, closer. In the hallways and apartments we have retained the original historical tiles from year 1902.
